    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as Australia Post and Global Express to deliver your orders securely and efficiently.
    • Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, your order may be delivered by one of these carriers.
  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and shipping method chosen during checkout.
    • Customers have the option to select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
  4. Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
    • Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
    • International orders may take longer to arrive, depending on customs clearance and other factors.
  5. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
    • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
  6. Shipping Restrictions:

    • Liberty Supplies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Options

We ship via the fastest service to your area, Hay Nets are posted with Auspost and Hay Rings with Team Global Express. All freight is covered with insurance incase there is any issue during transit. If you are wanting to organise your own freight for Hay Rings, Liberty Supplies is not liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Hay Rings are made to order, with orders posted 2 weeks after being ordered. Hay Nets will be posted within 7 days of being ordered.  

You will be contacted if we have a delay in the order. 

How much is freight? 

Our online shopping cart will automatically calculate your freight cost based on your order size and your location.

Importantly, the shopping cart will show you the freight cost BEFORE you have committed to the purchase. Our volume ensures we receive excellent shipping rates from most carriers, and we don’t charge any additional handling or processing fees.

Where do we ship to? 

We deliver to all of Australia and hay nets to New Zealand. Currently we are unable to deliver our products outside of Australia. All products are made in the Perth Hills of Western Australia. 

How long will my order be in transit? 

Hay Rings are generally shipped within 2 weeks of ordering. Hay Nets are shipped within a week of ordering.

Standard delivery times:

  • Sydney / Canberra / Melbourne / Brisbane : approximately 5 working days
  • Country NSW / VIC / QLD: approximately 7 working days 
  • SA: approximately 3 days
  • WA: approximately 2 working days 
  • Tasmania: 5 days

Obviously the delivery time can vary, especially in rural or remote areas.... So please use the above as a guide only.

Following promotions and peak time (spring/summer), in rare cases dispatch may be 2+ weeks.  If there is to be any extended delay on an order for any reason, you will be contacted via email. 

Express post or express courier may be available, however it must be organised manually with one of our staff via phone or email. Please note that these shipping costs can be significantly higher as express shipments are calculated on volumetric size. 

How do I track my order? 

Our orders are shipped via:

  • Australia Post - Hay Nets
  • Team Global Express - Hay Rings

Once you have placed your order,  you will receive an initial email confirmation.

Shortly thereafter (when your order is shipped), you will receive a further email which contains your individual freight tracking number. Please allow 24hr for correct tracking information to be uploaded and refreshed on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your Junk/Spam folder of your email program. If still not received please email us and we will be happy to assist.
