Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, with tags (if applicable)
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Due to hygiene and disease control requirements, hay nets that have been introduced to an animal, come into contact with an animal, or have been eaten from cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s).

If you require a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order to ensure prompt delivery.

 

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We may require photographic evidence to assess the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

 

Damage During Use

If a hay net or hay ring becomes damaged during use, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair kit or replacement at our discretion.

Please note that general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not covered under this policy.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Nets that have been used or come into contact with animals (for change of mind)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Australian Consumer Law

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
